7th International Sculpture Symposium

7th International Sculpture Symposium held in the city of Aqaba in cooperation with AYLA Oasis Development Company, organized by the Royal Society of Fine Arts / The Jordan National Gallery of Fine Arts from 1 October 2016 until 30 November 2016.

The International Sculpture Symposium is hosted every two years by The Jordan National Gallery of Fine Arts; this pioneer project was first launched in 2000 and started on an Arab level. In 2006 we expanded the participation to an international level and invited artists from Europe, Asia and South America.

The symposium this year is focused on “Land Art and public Art”

On the occasion of the French Week in Jordan, The Jordan National Gallery of Fine Arts hosts two art exhibitions:

 Sculpture exhibition by French artist Patrick Renauld and Photography exhibition entitled "Imagine France" by French photographer Maia Flore at the Jordan National Gallery of Fine Arts on Monday 21/11/2016 at 6:00 pm.

The sculpture exhibition will run until 21 December 2016. 

The photography exhibition will run until 3 December 2016.
