Abdul Qader Al Rais

A self-taught painter, Abdel Qadir Rayis finished the Emirates University with a B.A. in Islamic jurisprudence (Sharia) (1982). One of the pioneer artists in Dubai, his naturalistic paintings representing political events, exhibit unmistakable cubist strokes in clear bright colours.
