Maeva Rubli

An illustrator and author based in Switzerland. With curiosity and passion, she develops projects and creates picture books, comics, and illustrations for various applications. Her work has been honored with several awards, including the Golden Pinwheel /Book Publishing Category Grand Award (International) in Shanghai and the Golden Apple at the Biennial of Illustrations in Bratislava.

Who are you?

This story in words and images narrates the journey of a water molecule. The water molecule moves through different environments, from the sky to the sea. Along the way, it connects with all sorts of beings, each revealing their own stories and perspectives. Through these interactions, the molecule begins to understand the interconnectedness of the living systems and its essential role in sustaining the delicate balance of the earth’s ecosystems.
