Hikmet Barutcugil
Turkey, b. 1952
He received a Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design in 1977 from the State Academy of Fine Arts, Istanbul, and a Master’s degree in Textile and Fashion Design in 2010 from the Faculty of Fine Arts, Halic University, Istanbul, Turkey. He received numerous awards and has participated in many international exhibitions.
