Rasoul’s artistic journey began in 1974 when he joined the National College of Arts in Lahore. He has won numerous awards and honors. He has 16 solo exhibitions and many group exhibitions to his credit. He is a founding member of the Punjab Artists Association and served as its General Secretary.
