Majdoub Rabah

Majdoub Rabah graduated from the College of Fine Arts in Khartoum before going to the Central School of Art and Design in London (1958). He subsequently traveled to Japan where he studied new techniques in decorative design and printing. He works on natural wood with a variety of techniques – burning, drawing and carving – to execute his calligraphic compositions, interspersed by local signs.
