Samir Sayegh
Lebanon, b. 1945
Born in Beirut, He studied art history at the National Institute of Fine Arts in Paris. He has numerous publications and books on contemporary Arab art, Islamic art, and Sufi poetry. He was a lecturer at the American University of Beirut between 2003 and 2007.
