Shaiban Ahmad
Iraq, b.1964
Born in Baghdad. He had his first solo exhibition at the young age of nine in Yamen in 1973. He later attended the Baghdad Institute of Fine Arts, where he received a Diploma in Fine Arts with a focus on painting. In 1987, Shaiban was the recipient of the UNESCO Award. In 1995, he received an Appreciation Award from the Center of Art in Baghdad. In addition to participating in numerous group exhibitions in Jordan, Iraq, and France.
