Vresh David Kanikanian
Iraq, b.1930
After graduating from the Institute of Fine Arts in Baghdad (1957), Freish Kanikian went to Chelsea School of Art in London graduating in 1964. He mixes in his sculpted ceramic pieces, between metal and clay to form abstract forms with simple lines where mass takes over the whole work.
