He studied at the Institute of Fine Arts, specializing in theater, and graduated in 1986. After graduation, he turned to photography. In 2006, he held a photography exhibition as part of the first Al-Mada Festival and also showcased his works at the Goethe Institute in Singapore. He continued his studies in the cinema department at the College of Fine Arts, graduating in 1999. He worked in various fields, including cinematography, and participated in several artistic projects.
