The “Art and Environment – Reimagining Reality” Symposium brings together 16 emerging artists from Jordan to explore the environment and their surroundings as sources of inspiration, reinterpreting and reshaping everyday materials and elements through contemporary artistic approaches, culminating in a group exhibition celebrating the artworks created throughout this creative journey.

In this conversation, we meet the participating artists and hear more about their artworks, the ideas behind them, and how the environment, their surroundings, and everyday materials have shaped their artistic experiences throughout the Symposium.

The Symposium will run through 8 October 2026.

We extend our sincere thanks to Jordan Ahli Bank and Wings of Hope for their generous support of the Symposium.
