We are pleased to invite you to the next “Hiwar Art Club” with artist and photographer Abdulrahim Al-Arjan, who will host a discussion titled “The Dolmens of Jordan: A Human Legacy Through the Ages.”
The Dolmens, dating back to the Late Bronze Age, are a key part of Jordan’s heritage.
During his travels, Alarjan recognized their importance and dedicated his work to raising awareness of their cultural and touristic value. In this session, he will share his photographic and research journey, offering us insights into these historical landmarks.
Abdalrheem AlArjan is the Director of “Abilities” initiative, a photographer, and traveler. His works have been featured in international exhibitions, and he has written on art, economics, and adventure tourism. He is also the General Supervisor of Cultural Tourism Trails in the Golden Triangle, and his book “Masarat: Walking and Traveling in Jordan” is a key reference in the field.
The talk will be in Arabic.
Join us on Tuesday, at 6:00 PM at Wijdan Artspace – located at the Park of the Jordan National Gallery of Fine Arts.
