We are pleased in the next “Hiwar Art Club” meetup to welcome artist Ghassan Mafadleh for a talk and tour through his solo exhibition “Trace upon Trace” which was inaugurated on 15/7/2024 at The Jordan National Gallery of Fine Arts.

In this exhibition, Mafadleh presents 25 large-scale artworks, whose textures, materials, and ways of expression vary between sculptural installations and 2D wall pieces. His works intersect in their constructive and reductionist orientations towards the possibilities of transforming the trace, with its material and evocative aspects, into spaces open to sensory and imaginative interpretation.
