Rashid Diab

Art critic, painter, engraver and illustrator, Rashid Diab graduated from the College of Fine and Applied Arts in Khartoum then continued his studies in Madrid where he got his M.A. and Ph.D. from the Faculty of Fine Arts at Madrid University. His etchings are made up of indigenous motifs and imagery with curving lines, vivid colours and high precision.
