Ihsan Idlibi
Jordan, b.1924 - 1997
A self-taught painter of Syrian origin, and one of the early Jordanian painters, Idilbi organized the first group exhibition in Jordan at the Ahli Club, in 1942. He worked in the studio of Michel Kirsheh, the Syrian precursor of Impressionism, in Damascus, in 1955.
