Mohammad Shaker

Muhammad Shakir trained at the College of Fine Arts in Alexandria gaining his B.A. in painting and continued his studies with an M.A. in mural painting and Ph.D. in art conservation from the same college where he later became member of its faculty. His heavy exteriors with adeptly divided spaces dense colours and solid moonlit masses denote life’s gravity and the weight of man’s responsibility.
